Do’s & Dont’s of attending Court

By Alec Hancock – Consultant Chartered Legal Executive

The thought of attending Court can be scary for our clients. Most cases will never even get to a courtroom. However in some cases, it is unavoidable. If your cases is going to trial, it’s because Rebecca or I believe your case is likely to succeed (because we would never recommend you proceed to trial if you were more likely to lose than win).

Most of our clients have never been to Court and have no idea what to expect and, more importantly, what to do. We will always advise our clients in full to ensure they are appropriately prepared.

Below is a infograph with a snippet of the advice we give:-

Our clients always feel more reassured when they are completely in the know. If you want to make sure you are represented by someone who will always ensure you are sufficiently informed then please don’t hesitate to speak to myself on 01613 597167 or Rebecca on 01613 597168.
